Your Sex Life Starts Here

I believe that everyone deserves to have an epic sex life. I believe your sexuality is key to who you are as a human; if we’re not working with your sexuality, we’re not working with all of YOU.

I can help you if:

  • You’ve never had an orgasm. Like ever.
  • You can’t orgasm with your partner and you feel like a failure.
  • You feel awkward in bed and want to be a sex goddess
  • You’ve suddenly lost your libido and want it back. Now!
  • You’re struggling with ejaculation difficulties (coming too soon or taking too long)
  • You want to feel energized in your body
  • You’ve lost the sexy spark in your relationship (because you’re too tired, too busy, you’ve gotten sick or the kids take all your time)
  • You’re confused about who and what you’re attracted to
  • You KNOW that sex should be feeling a hell of a lot better than it does now
  • You have a long term health condition/disability and know you can have a great sex life, but don’t know how.
  • You want to explore the possibilities of non-monogamy but don’t know how to start.
  • You want to add a new dimension to your sex life and want to try Kink/BDSM
  • You’re curious about Tantra and want to create a practice

So, what is sex coaching?

Sex Coaching is a dynamic process; it’s the relationship between me and you to help you realize your sexual self and help you be the person you really are.

Sex Coaching is the fusion of the, ‘What’ of Sexology and the, ‘How’ of Applied Coaching.

Sexology is the study of human sexual behaviour and how we think and feel about it. A sexologist (that’s me!) is someone who has studied human sexuality and helps people with their sexual concerns.

Coaching is goal oriented, solution focused to get you there. It’s non pathologizing, instead it’s embracing the full spectrum of sexual behaviour moving you to your ultimate sexual self.

A sex coaching session is structured to be empowering, fun, collaborative and healing. We work together. I’m your ally and your biggest cheerleader, but I’ll also hold you accountable. Sometimes you may hear things you don’t like. Change can be challenging, so know that I’m here to guide you through.

As part of the process I give you home-play assignments. The magic happens in between the sessions when you work at home. Think of this as time just for you, an investment in your happiness.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first had my video call with Lucy, but straight away I was out at ease an enjoyed the information that was provided in session one.
Lucy really goes out of her way to help you find what you are looking for and more, with helping you to explore different avenues you never realized existed. I had wanted a sex coach to learn things that would have taken me years to learn otherwise, I could not have asked for anybody better than Lucy to help me discover more about myself and the intimate relationship with sex.
I would give Lucy 5 star and would always go back to Lucy in the future if more questions pop up. Thanks Lucy”

I work with all of you

I follow the MEBES© model as taught by my brilliant mentor, Dr. Patti Britton.
  • Mind– This is your self-talk, your beliefs, what you think about your body or your sexual performance, your fantasies, limiting thought patterns or negative thoughts.
  • Emotions– How you FEEL! Feelings you carry from the past, how you feel about your body or your body image, what emotions you suppress or express, how you express your emotions and how you handle intimacy. It’s how you let love in or keep love out.
  • Body and Body Image issues– This is your physical self. It’s feeling comfortable or not comfortable in your body, your sexual response cycle, knowing your anatomy, learning skills to be a successful lover (by yourself or with a partner).
  • Energy– This is your energy because sex is about ENERGY! Think of your desire like life force energy so if your libido has disappeared so has your hunger for life. You can think of energy like the build up, the anticipation, your sexual expression and how you infuse your sexual energy into your life. Energy is often an overlooked part of sexuality and in my one on one work I observe your energy patterns.
  • Spirit– I see spirit as an essence of self. I never push any beliefs on you, this is however you interpret sex and spirit. It’s the transcendence that comes from peak sexual experiences, esoteric moments, sacred sexuality and how you express your inner self through sexuality. I see sex as a pathway to experience the divine and can help guide you through the process to find your inner path.

Why hire a sex coach?

As a sex coach, I work specifically with your sex life.

Here’s the problem: Many therapists and professionals are terrified to talk about sex- even more to give sex advice- because they’re scared of not being taken seriously.
Because a loving relationship does not always mean an epic sex life. You can be having a great relationship but in bed it’s just… not happening.  Or a ‘blah’ sex life. Or a “meh, it’s ok” sex life.

Don’t you want more than that?

You know deep down that you deserve to feel alive on all levels. You know that there’s more to sex than pleasing your partner. You know that you want more than just a quick fumble.
This is why you need to call in the professional- me! I can help you pin point where you’re blocked and how to create the sex life of your fantasies.

“I first sought Lucy’s advice when I had the opportunity to work with her a few months ago. I knew then that Lucy would be exceedingly good at what she does; just as her existing therapies have been highly accurate and effective. Although I consider myself to be pretty grounded and well functional, I knew that I had a few areas of my sex life, and thoughts and attitudes to sex that could do with a bit of a tune up and re-working. Through Lucy’s gentle and unhurried approach to working with you, we uncovered areas in which my whole approach to sexuality could do to be re-evaluated and improved and Lucy spent the time and attention to make a bespoke action plan for me to follow. Through further check-ins, we were able to find solutions to my issues and turn hangups into strengths. Lucy is a great therapist and good clinician; her methods are unhurried and friendly and inspire great confidence. Her techniques are simple, effective and fun and most importantly get great results. So go on- take control of your sex life and become the juiciest, sexually- comfortable version of yourself you’d never dreamed you could be. Work with Lucy and see just what could be possible! I can’t recommend Lucy enough.”

Frequently Asked Questioms

No it isn’t. I’m not a therapist or a psychologist, I’m a sexologist! Sex Coaching works on the co-active coaching framework rather than psychotherapy. While it’s therapeutic, it’s not therapy. I’m a big fan of therapy for longer term and more complex concerns,so if I feel you need therapy, I will happily refer you out.

Sex coaching is a dynamic, collaborative and provocative process. We work either in-person in a safe and cozy therapy room in Eastbourne or Brighton (United Kingdom), or via Skype/Zoom if you’re further afield.

Sessions consist of intuitive guidance, emotional releasing, trying different techniques, personalized sex education and home assignments. It’s a co-creation between you and me to help you achieve your sex and relationship goals. I’ll be your guide and cheerleader, and expect me to hold you accountable to your goals! You may find some uncomfortable emotions coming up, but this part of the process.

Yes! I work with clients from all over the world via Skype or Zoom. Don’t let distance be a barrier to use working together.

Yes! If you’re in a relationship I do think it’s important for both partners to be part of the process, but it’s not essential. We can work together just with you, giving you the time and space to find your own sexual identity.

Of course you can. In fact I have many books and videos I recommend. But it’s not the same as working with somebody else who can see your blind spots and hold you accountable. The sex coaching process is dynamic, powerful and transformational. You’re not going to feel the full benefit doing it by yourself.

Sessions are talk only, with clothes on and no touching. We will be talking about intimacy, and your body, but at your pace and what you’re comfortable with.

You may find the process challenging, sure. You might be looking at things you’ve squashed down for years that you’d rather not look at. I’m going to be asking you to be brutally honest with me, and that process can feel uncomfortable.

People find me very easy to talk to, and nothing you say is going to weird me out.

Remember that you are in charge of the journey. You’re calling the shots, you take this at your own pace. I’m here to empower you to create a new sexual future!

About Me

Believe it or not, I wasn’t always the fiercely sensual, sex positive woman I am now. I was always fascinated by sex, even as a child. But growing up in a religious household and immersed in the church, sex was always something dirty that you shouldn’t do unless you’re married. I started my personal journey to healing when I was 20 and explored myself. I tried Tantra and conscious sexuality, different relationship styles and a little kink.

In 2016 I started training as a sex coach, with the original pioneer of sex coaching, Dr. Patti Britton.

I have completed 2 mandatory SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment and Restructuring) trainings, as required by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), along with 2 ASPEX trainings (Advanced Sexological Personal Exploration Xperience). I currently have 220 CEs with AASECT and engage in continual professional development.

I’m a professional member of the World Association of Sex Coaches (WASC), and the Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists (ASIS).

I embrace sexual diversity and I’m proudly sex positive.

I firmly believe in learning and embodying consent. And that your sexual self development is key to your personal development.
