I was interviewed by a wonderful friend and colleague, Caroline Thompson on her podcast, Brave Enough To Be You.
We’ve known each other just a year, and I frankly just adore her. We met on a business mastermind and apparently, I’ve inspired her to do the deeper work on her sexuality and body image.
So when she invited me onto her podcast, of course I said yes!
Because talking about sex and going on this journey IS brave, and you can so do it!
Her podcast is for entrepreneurs who are taking the brave journey to step out of their comfort zones and being themselves by forging their own path.

This interview is for you if:
- You still feel a bit weird and uncomfortable talking about sex
- You are an entrepreneur or self-employed who wants to take the next step in your development and explore your sexuality
- You want to feel better about your body
- You are married or in a relationship where sex is a real issue for you
- You want to learn simple tools to shed your fears and shame, and step into your true sexual radiance.
The biggest takeaway from this episode is this:
Your sexuality and pleasure is your birthright. It is an essential part of you as much as the rest of you. Give it the love and attention it needs to blossom.
