You just need to remember and give yourself permission to feel again.
There is a shedding, yes.
But it’s only a shedding of what wasn’t really you.
So be kind. Super kind.
Sometimes you need a kick in the bum, other times you need to just let it be and slow down.
There’s a reason why humans are cyclical beings.
A time for action and doing, then a time to rest, digest, and heal.
Sometimes the most powerful and healing thing you can do for yourself is to stop.
Breathe. Take a look around. Rest. Savour the beauty around you.
This is especially important for women/those born in female bodies/with ovaries.
You body is not designed to be pushing and striving all the time, if you are not resting, you burn out.
So take the whip away (unless that really turns you on, then by all means, whip it). Put down the self-help book. Put your crystals away.
