I'm currently on maternity leave from client work, but you can still get the good stuff with my online courses to have epic sex and pleasure right here.

Trauma and Purity Culture

Black border surrounds a black and white photo of Lucy standing and smiling. Gold text: Uncertain Podcast, Trauma and Purity Culture

For everyone who has been impacted by Purity Culture, I have two gifts for you in the shape of two podcast episodes!

I recorded two interviews with the lovely Katherine Spearing from Uncertain Podcast all about trauma, purity culture, and sexual healing.

Here’s the first episode: Trauma and Purity Culture

As you can guess by the title, there are some content warnings, such as talking about sexual trauma, spiritual trauma, various anecdotes from Purity Culture, and more.

So, if you’re feeling wobbly and this still feels raw for you, I trust you to make an empowered decision as to whether you choose to listen, or not, or stop half way through.

(Pssst– it’s the being in choice and listening to yourself when something is too much for you that is a HUUUUGE factor in healing and recovery too  This is the foundation for how I work with clients too. Read more about it here.)

In the first of 2 episodes on this, we cover:

    •    How purity culture impacts our view of our bodies
    •    How purity culture impacts our view of our sexuality
    •    How the trauma from purity culture can show up during sex
    •    How the trauma from purity culture can show up in everyday life
